I'm AoE levelling a mage and stopping by to post all my spots on WoWhead to comment on them.

This place is fantastic. The mobs hit kinda hard, so if you haven't done a gear upgrade in a while now's the time.

Otherwise, there's two farms, 8 peons each maybe a grunt or two from the side at the same time. They go down really easily one they're bunched up. While grinding here, you will get a new rank of blizzard, which makes things really, really easy.

However, there's two problems with this place, firstly, there's barely enough mobs. I did the following to get enough respawns in time:
Pull 1: One of the farms, maybe some extra patrolling grunts.
Pull 2: The other farm, maybe some extra patrolling grunts.
Pull 3: The forsaken courier and any patrolling grunts out the front of the Apothecary's house, and anything else in the area.
The forsaken courier spawn at the house every 5-8 minutes, I used evocation's cooldown to time thier spawning. It wasn't 100% right, but it helped. Make sure to let anyone who asks where he is what you're doing though. :P
Pull 4: All the mobs along the back where the stables are. Start in one of the barns, pull them out and run across as far as you can, trying to tag all the mobs enough so they don't evade.

After all those pulls, you should be able to go back to the first farm with 8 peons in it again. If it doesn't have 8 peons, take some time to make some more water, rebuff yourself, or make some bandages, 'cause otherwise, the odds are that that mob with just be left there until the next big pull there, which is a bit of a waste.

The second problem with this area, is that I'm on a PvP server and rogues, well, I don't have to explain how they can screw up a pull. The rogues that I encountered weren't all that bright, your results may differ, but 5 of the 12 (from memory, could vary slightly) rogues that tried to gank me I killed by hitting a potion and iceblock as soon as I saw him, then I frost novad him with the rest of the mobs, and killed him like any other mob. The others though, it was usually too early to rely on a frost nova to be up in time, so I just ran like hell, and fought them on open ground. Rogues of this level are far from clever, many of them used evasion against me, so you shouldn't have much trouble beating them.

If you suspect a rogue is around face away from the mobs you're kiting so you can blink out of whatever the rogue does to you. Blizzard has no facing requirement.

There were other classes too, None were all that clever though, and were easily taken down, since you can usually see them coming, and run away and eat/drink so you at least get a fair fight. Plus, odds are, that if you are AoE grinding, you've probably got some decent stamina gear, which will often give you the edge.

Only other thing about this area, is that there's an escort quest that you'll see a few people taking, run next to the NPC they're escorting, and she'll toss you a rejuv, which can help quite a bit. :)

only killed about 100 of these suckers on my alt and a fricking zealot blade dropped 100g in the AH sweet

These guys are damn good for AoE grinding with pally.
If only those Hammerfall Grunts don't interrupt.

One nice thing about AOE farming these guys is they drop a lot of Großer Heiltrank to help with the grind
