Heart of the Valorous Buff: 100% Increased Valor Point Acquisition Between 5/30 - 6/10
Between May 30 and June 10, you will gain Valor Points 100% faster.
We noticed last evening that

, describing it as a limited-duration buff. Soon after, a blue US post confirmed this!
This buff work alongside the
Tapferkeit der Uralten
buff, as a 5 VP daily awarded us 12.5 VP once capped on the PTR -- 50% more being an extra 2.5 and 100% more being an extra 5. This means that completing
Empowering the Hourglass
will award a huge 500 Valor Points with both buffs active -- 200 from the base reward, 200 from Heart of the Valorous and 100 from

We suggest doing

Encounter Journal
is now twice as large for Warlords!
There is a new section in the build, called
Character Upgrade Tier
which includes things like Basic Combat Mechanics, Advanced Combat Mechanics, Control Mechanics, Cooldown and Area Spells, Abilities Fully Unlocked. This is likely to relate to the zone we've heard about as a place for new level 90s to have a DK-esque start zone, so that new level 90s or a returning players to not be overwhelmed by picking up all their abilities and mechanics at once.

WoW Down to 8.3 Million Subscribers
Today at 4:30 p.m. EST, Activision Blizzard’s management hosted a conference call and Webcast to discuss the company’s results for the quarter ended March 31, 2013 and management’s outlook for the remainder of the calendar year.
In today's press release and call, it states that WoW is down to 8.3 million subscribers, down 1.3 million from the
last Activision Blizzard earnings call
, in which it was revealed that World of Warcraft lost its initial burst of subscribers from Mists of Pandaria and came down to 9.6 million.
During the conference call, they revealed subscribers declined most in the East and expect further volatility since it's the middle of an expansion. Blizzard is looking into ways to make the process of returning to WoW smoother for players as a response to the declining subscriptions.
Quarter 1 was also busy for Blizzard--they announced Diablo III coming to consoles, Hearthstone was revealed at PAX East, and Heart of the Swarm launched in March.

Updated 5.3 PTR Patch Notes, Build 16924 Spell Changes
The 5.3 PTR Patch Notes were
just updated
. Of particular interest:
Find Weaknesses now only bypasses 50% of armor when used against other players, and 100% of armor against non-player targets. Before, it was 70% for both.
All bosses in Mogu’shan Vaults, Heart of Fear, and Terrace of the Endless Spring now have a chance to drop either a Sigil of Power or Sigil of Wisdom.

Multiple Tiny Carp pets can be on a team, and they can also be traded.
Several dungeons have had their level requirements lowered and there is now normal-mode difficulty for Gate of the Setting Sun (which requires level 89).
