Can't imagine what other race would have the guys that had a 16 hour arbitrary advantage and finishing only 6 hours before the others to be declared the winners, only in WoW I guess lolEven funnier when the "winners" come in your twitch chat and gloat about finishing first when they were 10 hours slower :)NA took 40 hours to finishEU took 30 hours to finish
I should hit level 60 next week :)
It says on the ach page for the General Kraal achievement that it's personal, couldn't you have run the dungeon 5 times and taken 1/5th of the damage?
Gratz. You can imagine how hard they worked in beta to fine tune the strategies. The rush to gear and level up so they could do replicate this on live must have been intense. For me. I'm chill. Gonna smell the roses and enjoy the lore and atmosphere of immersing myself in the world. I usually do things like this on a two or even one expansion delay. I solo much of it and the ones that need other players, usually not many, I form a pug. This expansion has to last me two years as that is the typical gap in WoW. So I need to get my moneys worth and ensure I have tons of content to see me through.
Its so hilarious to see people commenting that just because some dedicated people got dungeon achievements 3-4 days into an expansion, that all the content is done or something. Dungeon achievements have rarely, if ever, been particularly hard. And they are not endgame content either.
Funny how things become meta achievement rush when they had months of beta to practice. Congrats on just doing something they have tested out before actually doing it live. 😒
why? why thats hurry?
Lol that is actually unfair if you read Xirevs comments
Damn we only got 3rd? Wish we didn't take a break between some achievements. Those 3 achievements were pure cancerous and I will never do these again. Gratz to the winners
Levelling isn't that big a deal, these days... it's just a stepping stone to other end-game stuff, like this.I'd be perfectly happy to go through all the core story content - Campaign, as they're calling it recently - without getting to L60... but that's just me.Maybe 'cos I chose my Human (DK) Miner/Skinner as my first character I feel that getting L60 on the fourth day is too fast, but I only play this way to get materials for my crafters that will follow later.I also feel that end game in Shadowlands is a bit more involved than just L60; not entirely sure what's req'd for Covenent choosing yet, but I don't kid myself it's going to be that simple a choice... never mind anything else I chose to avoid spoilers on but reading about or playing PTR/Beta to find out about.Anyhoo... Gratz to any/all World First! winners - it's a goal I'll never achieve, so...
Meanwhile, I’m almost to Revendreth...
As someone who raids with the Colour guys, they had 0 practice, they did however look at some of the tips from other beta testers. 4/5 of them had never even done any of these dungeons before doing them at 60 on live. I think it's a bit bull#$%^ to downplay someones achievement for something you have absolutely no clue about. Also they do this every expansion, just went a bit harder this time.
This speed is unreal.
This is a lot more impressive than those pseudo-world first leveling fails. GJ to the guys.Edit: I retract my GJ to those that took longer to do it(aka the fake World First), but behaved like kids because they've had a time advantage.GJ to Xirev's team. Also shame on wowhead for giving false information which actually I guess isn't a surprise considering that wowhead's content isn't based around real "world first" or "fastest", but what they favor.
