That looks right on Vision des unendlichen Wachstums –that should be fixed soon. Fair warning, the result won’t be exactly 2.5% in a test like that, because the proc rate will be prorated on partial ticks, to smooth out the haste breakpoint.

A recent bug was reported where Vision des unendlichen Wachstums was only giving around 2% proc chance instead of the 2.5% proc chance and should be corrected soon. In addition, we received confirmation that the proc chance for partial ticks is prorated to smooth out the increased healing provided by reaching the 20% haste breakpoint.

What this means is instead of receiving a full Verjüngung proc chance regardless of the size of the partial tick, the partial tick's chance to proc an additional Verjüngung will be proportional to the size of the partial tick. For example, if the partial tick is only 50% of the healing of a full tick of Verjüngung then it will have a 1.25% chance to proc an additional Verjüngung instead of a full 2.5% chance. This essentially removes the significant healing increased by hitting Verjüngung haste breakpoints. Haste will still be valuable for this legendary but there won't be sizable healing step increases based on Verjüngung haste breakpoints.
