People who have not purchased certain items such as Rank 4 of the Mythic+ Azerite Essences might have the Aufgegebener Azeritbrustharnisch on slots 4 or 5 or 6 (depending on how many specializations you have available). Make sure to check the vendor and change the number on the "BuyMerchantItem" according to what slot the chest item is in.

Just remember to stash all valuable epic items in ur bank before pressing it :P U need to paste this text into chat while vendor window and inventory window is open.Kommentar von MMOSimcaThat macro is fairly flimsy and depends on filter settings for the vendor and whether or not you've bought the rank 4 essences.

I'd recommend this instead:
/run for i=0,10 do if GetMerchantItemInfo(i,1) == "Relinquished Azerite Chestpiece" then BuyMerchantItem(i,1) return end end
/use Relinquished Azerite Chestpiece
