Current Speculation for Drop Rules

For Memory of the Runecarver recipes to drop, the character will need to be level 60 and have unlocked the Runecarver by unlocking the Maw, then helping the Runecarver

The unlocks appear to be tied to a specific source which is different for every class. Multiple people have reported receiving the same Memory from the same source and not anywhere else.

Dungeon bosses do not have a 100% rate to drop the Memory but Raid bosses appear to have a 100% rate.

Legendary recipes appear to drop regardless of your loot specialization.

Also a check for whether these drop in LFR.

Got a conduit drop yesterday (priest: Massdispell, dispell magic, dispell disease has less manacost) from a treasure chest in bastion (left of bastion in an elite area where lamps are exploding if you get to close and the evil angel dudes).
