In the next Alpha build, we've made this change to :

Activating Immolation Aura will cause your inner demon to slam into nearby enemies at the end of your next , dealing Chaos damage.
Developers' notes: We like the feeling of empowering your , but requiring Fel Rush to be cast while was active placed too much pressure on that particular window. We want this talent to be for occasionally weaving into your rotation for a big payoff, so we've changed the talent to buffing your next , which means you can find the right time to fit it in.

I don't know that I like the core concept of a talent like this at all. Maybe this will be great if you go with a momentum build, but I've never enjoyed that style of play because rapid movement abilities like fel rush are quite inconsistent at times and the last thing I want is to hit fel rush for damage, and end up with one of those ridiculously long fel rushes that puts me over the edge of something, or into another pack of mobs or something. I tend to only use fel rush in combat to move out of the bad, or back to the target after a vengeful retreat.Kommentar von PorkinsTruth.

But I'm more afraid if the talent will ever be taken, balance of talents is quite off most of the time and people are "forced" into specific builds for raiding instead of taking what they like. I don't want to play as superball who keeps fel rushing through bosses middle of a fight and maybe even rush myself off platforms. Its not like boss fights are all made for rushing and bouncing backwards or mob fights in dungeons.
I'm sad since i really love my demon hunter but i cant play something that makes me use movement skills as dps,while other classes are happily just standing and pew pewing in 1 place.
So guess im dusting my old main warlock again and playing her leaving demon hunter to dust until they fix demonic since that is at least fun to play. i'm sure many demon hunter mains are going to quit their dh if momentum comes to pass what ive seen and heard not many likes to play that. Where's the Survival Hunter overhaul? It was BARELY holding together with several azerite traits, even if damage wise they were falling behind a LOT. Since all that is going away in Shadowlands, the spec is going to be extremely bad.
At the very least, Mongoose Bite, Wildfire Infusion, Guerilla Tactics and Butchery should be BASELINE and azerite traits like Primeval Intuition, Wildfire Cluster, Latent Poison and Dire Consequences should be the actual TALENTS, not legendary effects.
What are they even trying to do, pushing talents into hard-won legendary items? Do they think it's FUN to play half the expansion with only half your build?

Wildfire Bomb sounds cool on paper, but in reality it's one of the WORST AOEs in game, mechanically, and it doesn't even work without Wildfire Infusion (let's be honest, Survival can't survive not having Wildfire Infusion. Birds of Prey HARDLY even compares on single-target damage and choosing Chakrams is just plainly shooting yourself in the foot), Butchery and Wildfire Cluster. If the thing AT LEAST exploded in an AOE not a CONE. Clunkiest, saddest AoE in game, truly.Kommentar von Glacius123They need to make First Blood baseline as a starter to make the base rotation a little more involved. That would make that talent row actually a choice. Tbh still wouldnt take the unbound chaos. Feel like a @#$%ter version of the azerite trait they ditched.
