Both of these achievements have a reward that is more than just achievement points:

Durch die Tiefen der Visionen requires a 5 mask run in both Stormwind and Orgrimmar, in addition to some other requirements. This rewards the N'Zoths schwarze Schlange mount.
Welt des Wahnsinns requires a solo 5 mask run in both Stormwind and Orgrimmar. This rewards the title.

The black serpents of N'Zoth are the harbingers of his ultimate vision becoming reality. Only those servants or enemies that can tread this space have any chance of wrangling them.

I've done a 3 mask solo clear this week on my UH DK despite failing regularly in the Lost Area double madness (the combo of a trait that requires you to move and another that requires you don't was really quite !@#$ty) and there's still several sanity upgrades coming so I'm quite confident 5 masks will be very doable at rank 15.

Cloak isn't even 15 yet and its being done by the more specialized classes - dh unholy dk bm hunter tanks.Kommentar von willieelack of stamina isn't the issue for most classes, it is probably more lack of self healing then anything
also most casters lack much cc or short interrupt (outside of shammy)

You just need to make sure you avoid all the mobs aoes and such to not die / lose sanity if applicable. This makes is hard to do with leaden foot - but not impossible. You can studder step keep pulling and mainly just dot your first mobs up (if a dot class). Seemed to have no problem on my shadow priest, although i did dip below half health a couple times.

Also, for BM Hunters, I don't know why most still don't use Spirit Beasts, they are the top of the top pets, they have tank skills, and most of all, they have a 30s HEAL, castable on you, on them, and on any ALLIES. even other people's pets. I just use a macro with '/targettarget' or a conditional with the same end and be done.
