I’m not a dk but do what you want . Make it work , there are videos of frost crushing without breath of sindy up . Take what is useful and discard what is not , formulate your own opinion and go with what you feel is best for you .
When are we getting 2h weapons back for this spec? If I wanted to hit like a rogue, I'd go play my rogue.
kinda looks like frost is remaining dead. im glad there is effort going into fixing it, but it still doesnt seem like its going to change much.
bruhlook at this dude
I hate the Breath talent. I hate the entire concept of "stand there and do nothing but channel" in a spec that is supposed to be melee. I've never used Breath in game, other than trying on target dummies, and I don't intend to use it. I don't raid on that DK so all the talk of optimal builds amuses me. What does concern me is that Blizzard has still not shown any evidence that they made mistakes with ability pruning. Or ability disposal, take your pick.
Correct me if my understading is wrong, but did it really took them a year to fix a game-changing bug in a spec definining ability?
Interesting.
I wish those who complain about their spec would come up with feedback like those, instead of saying there is a ton of feedback without giving any source. It's easy to see what the spec issue are and what the change are doing right and wrong.
Is 2H coming back to frost? I see no mention of this. This is one of the reasons I unsubbed. Removing functionality and forcing a player's decision is no way to solve a problem.
I just dont like the BoS playstyle. I really wish they would spend more time making the other options more viable and engaging, a flat buff wont really pull people away from BoS even if they dislike it.
Thanks for putting this together. I've read over and over the many issues with Frost, but honestly, I've always enjoyed Breath for what it was. I never really tried the other talents so I never understood just how no-options they really were, let alone seemed. I'm not an elite player, but I loved trying to maximize my uptime. I didn't know it should/could be different until this was nicely and neatly explained @bicepspump. I am looking forward to these changes now.
