"the true leader of zandalar"? rasthakan is still alive you know. And why voljin randomly show up to lick talanji's boot?it's obvious that rasthakan was going to die no matter what.and the discussions about cinematics are pointless, not everything has to be 50/50.
You guys need ot stop looking at it as Horde gets this, Alliance gets that. The game is a WHOLE.
If you're having issues getting quest credit, teleport out of the dungeon, drop the quest and re-accept it, then teleport back in (STAY IN INSTANT GROUP) and try again. Worked for me.
If it happens, abandon the quest and let other raid member share it again to get back the item and throw again. Done!
It's pretty cool that they waited for LFR to be fully open before pushing the rest of the quest.
I can confirm that if you lose your glaive, you can drop and try it again. It worked the second time for a group of us in LFR.
Yeah, quest is currently bugged and I lose the glaive once used on Ghuun. Now I have to do it all over again.GG Blizzard. #workingasintended#BetaforAzeroth
weeeeeeee simple quest, bugged at the most basic of levels
Try using the glaive from your bag and not the quest log. I did that the 2nd time I ran LFR for the quest (after it failing the first time, dropping quest, and reacquiring it) and it worked just fine.
This just feels wrong, Rastakhan is still alive at the pyramid, and Vol'jin calls Talanji the true leader of Zandalari? It feels like this quest is suppose to happen AFTER Zuldazar raid, when Talanji is still feeling uncertain about ruling after the death of her father. But I guess Blizzard either doesn't care about the story, or just wants to force feed us Talanji. God damn it, Rastakhan is my favorite character this expansion so far, it's a shame he's getting mistreated like this.
Something just hit me about this quest. When we last had contact with Vol'jin, he was confused and we were trying to find out who was talking to him if not the loa; he really wasn't sure of anything. Now, all of a sudden, he is very sure about Talanji and her role as leader. Could this idea have been planted in his head by whomever whispered to him about Sylvanas in order to stir up trouble between Talanji and Rastakhan before his death? That is the only thing that would make sense to me since this quest is a complete 180 from the one before.
