Injecting an ancient power of immeasurable evil in Titanstrike sounds awesome. Nothing says "thank you for your service, Hati!" like basically gibbing him with Sargeras' corruption.
So, what if i'm wielding the Corrupted Ashbringer, does Corrupting the Corrupted Ashbringer make it Uncorrupted?
I thought they were going to go for the "Dallas Effect"... the heroes of Azeroth wake up one day only to realize all their adventures of obtaining and using the greatest weapon artifacts of all time was "just a dream".
Two pieces of information I consider vital to have in the coming months.- When will the 'Artifact Killer' patch go live?- What will we be wielding in between destroying the only legitimate weapon we've wielded in the entire expansion and the next expansion going live?
At least my DK still has Shadowmourne.
i knew we would use the weapons to destroy the sword... i am going to miss it being there lol
hmm, I wonder if maybe they will be turned into class specific heirloom weapons after being corrupted.
why can i not see the updated silithus zone on the ptr it just looks like a normal silithuis
Ha, I like how people are forgetting the quote from the tree boss:"The king of diamonds has been made a pawn"This is exactly what he thinks should happen, but it's just playing in the old gods hand. And we go on to rage about it, even though from this perspective it makes sense:We as a player are not knowledgeable about the extend of the old gods we write their gibberish of as just pure false information. We trust Magni as he has been telling the truth all this time, this time though, we do something stupid.I fell like how bull&*!@ it is it does have it motives we can consider.
I hope that the artifact abilities get baked into the classes, or at least the individual specs. Some of them have really become a part of the class identity. I mean, playing an arms warrior without Warbreaker is certainly possible, but isn't going to feel the same.
Im confused. the way the post is worded, with the next update all legion content is being removed?
Some, if not several, of our artifact weapons are sentient. I can't imagine they'd willingly go along with something like this unless compelled. Do we have that much control over them as to force them to be stripped of their powers; indeed, their very personas and sentience?Maybe Ashbringer or Light's Wrath would be willing to make such a sacrifice, but the skull of the Man'ari? Aluneth? Xala'tath? Never.I need more than the datamined dialogue from Magni to justify this from a story point of view. Much more. From a gameplay point of view, artifacts not meant to carry over past Legion, maybe, but not from a story point of view. Many of our weapons would fight against it with all their power.
So I have to unlock the achievement So sehen Sieger aus for each weapon my character(s) has?
One question, will we still have our PvP-based appearances once we lose our artifacts?
