I play both Warhammer and WoW. I just joined back to Warhammer and WoW. I haven't played Warhammer for 2 years, the day it came out. Played it 2 months, and went back to WoW for WotLK. Now, playing both isn't that bad. You can go to either one if you get bored with the other.
Blizzard are the most likely WoW killers I reckon. They'll come up with a new MMO sooner or later.
Xbox live (all games -cod/halo), maybe a game similar to flyFF, that one was pretty cool. Free always helps.
The second coming or raptor Jesus. One or the other.
SW:TOR seems like it is headed there.
Alright Fony! Way to show your viewers who's boss! Love the hand gesture <333
TOR will not be a WoW killer. The reasoning is that TOR is targeted to a nitche just like all the other "WoW Killers". Yes it may pull subs off but not so many that Blizzard is sweating. WoW as you said brings in many people who would never consider playing an MMO. TOR will not do this especially since it is made by a company that is well versed in RPG design because MMOs are RPGs hence the term MMORPG shortened to MMO. TOR will attract people who want to play a Star Wars RPG and who do not mind paying a monthly fee. I do not see this reaching even close to the 11.5 million that Blizzard claims sub.
I want to get into SWTOR, but I can't. It just looks plain terrible.Everyone is raving about the combat, but I've noticed, when people are talking about combat, they are actually talking about animation (the lightsabers hit each other, big friggen whoop). But the actual combat? Nothing seems very inspired to me. Player abilities looks one dimensional and spammy, the cover system looks awful (yay get to take cover in biowares preselected cover spots) and the game seems to lack any real tactics. Yeah maybe wows animations are dated, but the combat, the actual combat, looks much much better.I'm prepared to be corrected on this, I'm only going on what I've seen so far, and like I said before, when I look up SWTOR combat, I end up getting information about animation. Seems like the devs are focused on all the wrong things.

I love how you're like "This is the equivalent of X in WoW" when Warhammer did it first.
Did you have gravy? because you dribbled some.look at my horse, my horse is amazing
Something I'd like to add. A lot of these F2P games, are terribly unbalanced. They require no sub fee, so they turn to selling in game items such as weapons, special tier gear, and the like. Creating a vast majority of people with superior equipment than what is available to players without the funds to spare. These tactics to bring in revenue are what drive me from most MMO's. I'd rather play a balanced game for a sub fee, Than play a F2P game with people ganking me in gear that trumps my BiS stuff because they decided to drop 50$ on it.
