Archon
, the company behind
Warcraft Logs
, is continuing to widen its selection of tools for World of Warcraft players. In December of 2023 they released
popularity-based tier lists and class builds for Dragonflight
, and in January of 2024 they launched
the same feature for Wrath of the Lich King Classic
. And now they are doing the same for Season of Discovery!
These guides and tier lists are based on popularity and supported by data directly from Warcraft Logs, meaning that all numbers are taken directly from actual raid runs, showing popularity and throughput statistics for classes, runes, equipment and consumables:
Find out exactly how popular (and strong!) your choice of Runes are.
So how exactly does these tier lists work? Archon gathers information from all uploaded combat logs (currently logs from the Blackfathom Deeps Level-Up raid), ranks each class and spec by popularity and then presents that information in a neat package - complete with actual average DPS and HPS! This means that you can both see how
popular
a spec is, alongside how much
throughput
it has.
Popularity ≠ Throughput. At least not always.
After you've checked out the tier list, you can click any class and find out exactly how they achieved that ranking: What Runes did they run, what gear is most popular, and what enchant and consumables should you buy?
What Runes will you rock?
